Marin Stemmelen is the founder of Stemmelen Production, an independent audiovisual company based in the Kawartha Lakes and serving the Kawarthas, the Muskoka regions, and the GTA in Ontario, Canada.
Whether managing a large-scale festival, calling a corporate show, or mixing front-of-house for a sold-out performance, Marin's approach prioritises clarity, reliability, and craft.
Based in cottage-country Ontario, Stemmelen Production serves clients across the Kawartha Lakes, Muskoka District, and surrounding areas, with the capacity to travel for the right project.

Founded an independent audiovisual services company serving clients across the Kawarthas and Muskoka regions.
Appointed Production Manager at the Aga Khan Museum, overseeing all technical and AV production for one of Toronto's premier cultural institutions — from major galas and festivals to VIP events and seasonal installations.
Going Independent: Founded Stemm Audiovisual Inc., providing technical direction and AV consulting to Toronto theatres, cultural organizations, and event spaces — while touring across Canada with a touring band.
Relocated to Canada. Took on the role of Technical Director at Alliance Française de Toronto, leading all AV operations for concerts, cinema, and live events. Simultaneously grew as Lead AV Technician & Technical Director at Paradise on Bloor, and began a long tenure as Performing Arts Technician at the Aga Khan Museum.
Graduated from E.S.R.A Paris (ISTS) with a Higher National Diploma in Audio Technics, specializing in Live Sound. First professional AV work in France and the French Alps.
Internships and volunteering across French festivals and event companies sparked a passion for live sound and production.
